GEMSHelp STOCK can help you to effectively manage your inventory, whether that be unique saleable items, products sold by the quantity, permanent or consumable resources for use by your staff or even leases, hires and rentals.

The module provides the ability to track the location, quantity, unique identity and other parameters of any amount of items, including items which are assemblies of other items. The complete history of uniquely identifiable items or stockpiles is recorded as items move, are sold, receive maintenance, or are assembled into completed products.

Module Integration

If you purchase additional modules, GEMSHelp STOCK will integrate tightly with

GEMSHelp EXPERT allowing you to add customer service and support information to the history of every uniquely identifiable item in your inventory and to restrict your online customer service gateway to only users who are have access your products.

GEMSHelp STOCK also integrates tightly with GEMSHelp JOBS to allow job activity to be recorded in the history of inventory items and to allow job schedules to refer interactively to known inventory items and their locations. Inventory items may also be required and allocated as necessary resources for projects and jobs and stock records update automatically as work progresses.

GEMSHelp STOCK can also integrate with GEMSHelp CONTRACTS, allowing you to base contract activity on the precise details and location of inventory items in the possession of your customers. Futhermore with JOBS too, detailed projects can be contractually planned in relation to individual items.

 

GEMSHelp JOBS is a powerful scheduling and project management tool. Complex structures of inter-related work can be created, planned, progressed and reported upon through the use of a wide variety of interfaces within the system including calendars, Gantt charts and various statistical and graphical reports.

GEMSHelp CONTRACTS benefits from tight integration with GEMSHelp JOBS.
